The person who needs a ‘timeout’ is the ride organizer who decided to hold the ride so late in the morning and stay on the beltway.
They should have had this ride at 7:30am (or 4:30pm) and blanketed the entire city.
Staying on the Beltway, and not even during rush hour, means none of your intended ‘audience’ is even inconvenienced by this herculean effort.
