Wade became the “law of the land”. The legalization crowd was very quick to put up those graphic photographs when they were trying to ram this through the legal system.
We have come full circle, except now the non-doctor abortionists may expect exoneration if they have a “failure”.
worst case is they will just lose their licenses to do abortions, and these places will just get others to do them, until they too, have an accident.
