Kerry and Obama's indecision and blaming others obviously had Assad wetting his pants . And the majority of people in this country will be told to think this was all a master stroke by Obama. They'll marvel at how he worked tirelessly and diligently behind the scenes, throwing everyone off their tracks to secure this great victory for all of mankind.
