Sunday go up to the priest and give him the what-for over this. If he sidesteps even a little you gotta take him to the woodshed. Stand up in the middle of church and tell him if you have to. Make the leaders lead. Let them know where you stand.
I write to them all the time. If I were a guy, the reprimand would go over better. I do wonder where our Catholic men are on this.
It is getting to the point that I’ll go up to them. But they’ll shun me as a bitchy female. I speak from experience.
The men in our country seem to be, in comparison to at least the Catholic men I grew up with, not to be confused with the Catholic boys I grew up with, so happy with the status quo.
I think everyone is in a sex bliss. They’re all on hormones and the idea of a Catholic family has been so hijacked by irresponsible, birth control sex and everyone, everyone knows it’s wrong.
They seem to not want to rock the boat. Like there’s a fraternity of don’t mess with our free love, business.
These guys should be standing up to the situation. No one cares, no one, that our kids here in TX come home and report that all the Escalade driven Mexicans are on the scholarship list, by virtue of choosing to check are you latino or non white?
Where are the fathers on this?
I can tell you priests do not do not listen to us women, unless they are holy men, in which case they listen carefully and deeply, and they heed.
I do write. Constantly.
I’m not intent on griping on these posts, I mean to bring awareness
This is a festering problem.
