say what? Might be listed as a hate crime? A black man says he is going to kill next white person he see’s and then does it..Oh I get it...white person was the victim that died...so therefore, not a hate crime.

But I agree this hate crime can only be committed by Whites or worse yet that no matter how heinous the act committed it will never be a hate crime because the victim is White.

I’ll believe it when I hear it. It would have to be the first one charged as a hate crime in the nation. Why was that stupid law ever passed anyway if they never intended to abide by it? It didn’t make sense then and it makes any less sense now.
