Actually, there is not enough information here from which to form an opinion.

Back in 1997, when my wife separated from me, without cause, they confiscated my SKS and there was a restraining order. Again, this was without cause. There was no domestic violence, no screaming (by me, anyway), no threats, nothing.

I withhold all judgement until I get enough information to know what is going on. When I first heard about the zimmerman shooting, I thought he was a trigger happy cop wannabee, until I did a couple of weeks of reading of the detials.

As happened then, it is possible the press is manipulating the form of information.
