Now that I think about it, Kerry is to Vincent Schiavelli's John O'Connor as BHO is to a composite of Christopher Lloyld's John Bigboote & John Lithgow's Lord Whorfin.

Just look at the quotes from the IMDB listing. So many of them are eerily applicable to the Syrian mess, and especially the BHO administration.
