You’re right. I wrote that fast and didn’t proofread. It should have been incompetency is or incompetents are.
No problem at all, I am not the grammar/spelling police by any stretch...just wanted to use your post to point out with a touch of humor that they are all incompetent...it amazes me, but it is true. Sadly we find ourselves with the distinction of having not only incompetents in charge, they are layered all the way throughout our government.
