So all the threat of strikes was not about breaking the
norms on WMDs, but about regime change.

How much do you think Clinton got paid for that? He ruined a christian country and made billions in business deals for western European countries who got mineral and timber rights to a large part of the Balkans. Then there was a half a dozen banks that were sold for fractions of their value.
