"I'm with Putin." This is the manifesto signed by the National Front, with which the movement led by Adriano Tilgher underlines its full support to the Russian leader on three important topics: the "no" to military intervention in Syria, the homosexual propaganda and adoptions by of gay and "no" to the European Union, which does not consider a priority pipeline 'South Stream'. "Putin - supports Tilgher - has taken courageous positions against the gay lobby, which, by capillary action, tip almost to blame those who are not homosexual, and against the world's financial centers, they want the war in Syria. " posters praising Putin have sparked some controversy. Imma Battaglia, councilor Sel of Rome, calls for the immediate removal: "It is a fact unacceptable - and continues - we will give full support to the sit-in protest organized by the Circolo Mario Mieli for Sunday, Sept. 8 in front of the Russian embassy , ask that it be restored to a general condition of human rights, in particular with regard to the LGBT community. " Even the Gay Center denounces the fact: "We appeal to the mayor Ignazio Marino to remove the posters." This was declared by Fabrizio Marrazzo, a spokesman for the association, which concludes: "We are faced with a message that sings the praises of repression and homophobia." From the Capitol Luigi Nieri replies: "We have prepared
the removal of the posters with the words 'I'm with Putin' appeared this morning in the city "- said the deputy mayor in a post on facebook -" In addition to being posted illegally and outside of designated areas, carry a clear message that homophobic Rome will not tolerate. "

Odd, as the ‘party’ in question was disbanded in 2008 when it merged with La Destra.
It’s funny that if posters went up with a message praising communist leaders, like Fidel Castro, the Chinese premier, or Barack Hussein Obama, they’d probably think it was ‘hip’.
In any case, Putin is right on both counts.
Putin shouldn’t be trusted, let alone be our president, as some Freepers have wished, but on the subjects listed in the article, the Italians are right.
I’m with Putin too.
The Russian DUMA has 616 members. 238 from Putin’s party. 92 communists. 64 socialists. 56 nationalists.
EVERY SINGLE one except for one abstention voted for the legislation to protect minors. That’s a pretty damn broad coalition if I ever saw one.
Say what you will about Putin, but he believes that the survival and prosperity of his country and his people are worth fighting for at all costs.
Would that America had a President who believed the same.
Putin is poised to become leader of the free world.
The only thing that Putin believes in is himself kind of like the clown we have in the White House.
Over the last month or so, there has been a disturbing trend of Freepers praising Putin because they agree on the surface with some of his statements.
Putin is a POS currently meeting with Iran on how to get their nuclear program going. Yet, some here feel the need to praise him because on one or two issues they prefer him to Obama.
So what if Putin wants to help one of America’s biggest enemies. One would think that if Putin got Iran to a point where they could drop a nuclear bomb on America, some here would still proclaim him preferable to Obama.
This praise of him, even if half-hearted is unbelievable to me.
No matter how bad Obama is (and he is plenty bad), he is light years better than Putin.
Hitler liked dogs. If Obama didn’t like dogs, I would be willing to look past that and prefer him to Hitler.
