This guy should have been in prison well into 2014 simply based upon previous crimes.
He was supposed to get an additional 2 years for assaulting a prison guard added onto his sentence, and in effect the judge only added 7 months..... SEVEN MONTHS for assaulting a prison guard!! Note that the scumbag could not even behave lawfully when allowed a furlough for his grandmother’s funeral in 2009..... liberals let this guy have a furlough to attend a family funeral......
