You are assuming it means 2 US Citizen parents, when, in terms of English, it can apply to both a 1 citizen Parent and 2 citizen parents.

God help us, lawyers are now using new math to rewrite the dictionary. 2 = 1 or 2 < 1 or 2 ≠ 1 or 2 < 1.

Chip this is an un-winable argument Jim has made his position clear, and I have no quarrel with it, but I would prefer that they just say they will support Ted Cruz no matter what his status is, than see them use exactly the same argument that Obama supporters used to defend the the Kenyan.

The same method is being used to defend bombing Syria. Facts mean nothing anymore.
