I don’t think skirts and hose are necessary for children 3rd grade and under as some teachers sit on the floor with the children, clean paint, and do other things that are a little more physical.
A nice pair of khaki pants and tucked in collared shirts looked professional on teachers when I was in school and still looks professional, especially polo shirts with the school’s logo.
yeah I am good with that, I was just drawing a contrast between the teacher that dressed inappropriately at our school and the one that was a fashion plate dressing like almost a princess would dress.
