I agree about the racist part. Romney was a tough campaigner in the primaries. But when Obama challenged him campaigning on Benghazi, Romney backed off. I thought that was racist on Romney's part. Pandering is part of hiding racism.

Liberals who like the special breaks blacks get in spite of being less qualified are the real racists....they doubt the ability of blacks to succeed on their own merits.

Thusfar , you have correctly summarily identified the Federal Elections Committee , Dept. of "JUST-US", and Health and Human Services .
Soon comming to neighborhood near you when the FED gets out of the mortgage business (Freddie Mac and Ginny Mae),
and imposes constraints on private capitol investors.
