If so, can you provide internet references? Or are you reaching back to #105 David Souter? If so, same thing - please provide internet references. I did read this week that VP Joe Biden said that he thought former Sec-Homeland Security, and lesbo, Janet Napolitano should be elevated to the SCOTUS, which of course gagged me, but hey this is Joe Biden, 1 of the dumbest men ever in the Executive Branch.
