Waaaaaait....there might be something for conservatives in this. What if the court, instead of being 4-1-4 (counting Kennedy as a neutral), were 4-1-2 because every time there was a vote, these two were off rug-munching? Shoot, if Sodom Mayor was pivot, uh, man, it might be 4-1-1!
