I’m betting analogous fat grafts. They take fat out of your butt and put it into your face. I used to work for a University Plastic Surgery Dept. and it’s the way to go. The downside is that they anticipate a certain amount of the cells are going to die so they have to overfill. That is why you see all of these pics of stars that look all puffy.
It fills the wrinkles out but it can really change your looks - not good!
