Sorry, that is the MO of Stalin not Hitler. Dolf was not a pussycat but that is not how he joked around. Stalin on the other hand...... Can you cite the source for this joke? I’ve read just about everything about both of these jokers and have never run across this one. I’m talking 50 years of reading and interviewing those who were there.
