Laws against a lot of things are considered “nanny state” by somebody. There are people who think there should be zero age of consent, that parents should be allowed to have sex with their child from birth. Are laws against that too much nanny state too?
No, I don't believe so - but what does that have to do with the topic at hand and the cretins promoting things such as this in order to only protect their bottom line and their share of the government money teat.
