Nicotine is a highly addictive drug. Many teens who start with e-cigarettes may be condemned to struggling with a lifelong addiction to nicotine and conventional cigarettes

or...

About 90 percent of all smokers begin smoking as teenagers.

Nicotine is a highly addictive drug.

It is a naturally occurring chemical in many plants most folks consume on a regular basis - why are you not screaming about teen "addiction" to nicotine who have a diet high in common nightshade plants?

If nicotine found in tobacco is addictive, so is the nicotine found in tomatoes, eggplants, potatoes, and peppers. Why are you only attacking the nicotine found in tobacco? Do you even know where the nicotine in SOME e-cigs comes from? Are you aware of the fact there is a large market for cigarettes that contain no tobacco at all, and actually contain no nicotine at all? The state of Delaware found that out the hard way when a bar owner won a case against the state because their "smoke police" were unable to prove what type of cigarettes were being smoked in his bar after the smoking ban. He only sold non tobacco cigarettes and those were the only ones he allowed to be smoked indoors. He abided by the letter of the law which expressly forbids smoking tobacco products in private establishments. He finally went out of business because of people like you who kept up the attacks on his business and he just couldn't afford to fight you government loving goons any longer - the other way he pissed you people off was because he only sold non-tobacco cigarettes and you all weren't getting your cut because there was no tax on them.

So, please tell me when you became addicted to nicotine because according to the nonsense you spout your first taste of it makes you an addict for life and I seriously doubt you have NEVER eaten any of the foods I mentioned above.

Nicotene is not a highly addictive drug.

You have to want, no, need to smoke.

It’s a head game. You program yourself by the stories you tell yourself.

I’ve been smoking since I was 27. It’s an on and off thing.

Sometimes I feel like smoking and most of the time I don’t been two weeks or so since my last cigarrette.

I tossed the last pack because I had only smoked about 1/2 in a month.

Just picked up a new pack yesterday and doesn’t look like I’ll be smoking tonight. Which was my plan.

Just not in the mood.

Probably gonna have a couple drinks but, not in the smoking mood.

Maybe I don’t tell myself the right stories to be addicted?
