He’s using the same tactics against the Russians he uses against Congressional Republicans. Some kind of “statesman.”
His ego makes him think he can get what he wants from anybody. He’s done it his entire career, along with fawning adulation from the press.
If it works on US voters, why not the Russians, Chinese, Egyptians, Syrians, etc ??
