After all, we know a governor has no power over an agency in his administration. And those clerks of the court just started writing marriage licenses for gays on their own. Oh, I guess you would say Obama can’t possibly be responsible for Obamacare or anything else he’s done because the Congress passed it or his administration sanctioned it.
