RE: McCain isn’t against the war, he just wants some regime change to be followed by nation building. Its where the real money is.

What about Iraq? We left that place in a mess and now we want to create another one?

That’s what I told my congressman and challenged him to find even 1 beacon of freedom our intervention has created in the mideast.

At this point, I say let China deal with the mideast oil and mideast problems.

Just a correction, When we left, or when Obama Left, the country turned into a mess. The biggest betrayal of the American Lives lost.

IF we are to get involved, we need to be prepared to make sure the country is not left is a mess. That will require boots on the ground. This country, myself included, does not have the will to send more young people to die just to have politicians throw away victory for political gain. Given what happened in Libya and Egypt, we can not expect things to improve without our help.

So if we get involve, some idiot comes along and throws it away; if we just send bombs, the locals can't rebuild the country. And people wonder why the country has turned "anti-war".
