Many on the left “dial a mob” groups are relatively quiet while their hero Bozo struts his stuff on the International and National stage.
When we recognize that these groups are simply called on..and lead... by political entities to stir, to incite, to hammer, etc. and have no useful purpose than that...then you can pretty much gage when they will or not come out.
