I love how Rep Duncan reminded Kerry that his former compadre Hillary exclaimed “what difference does it make?”
It makes a HUGE difference here! Duncan specifically asked if weapons were being traded between Libya and Syria (lots of evidence showing it is true). The USA has been complicit in gun running.

I’m sure the families of the 4 Americans who were murdered during a terrorist attack last 9/11 appreciate that sentiment.
