Can't those prosecuted for refusing to pay claim selective enforcement as a defense?

Isn't a waiver an explicit admission that a tax law won't be enforced on some?

No legal expertise here, but it seems to me that laws should apply to everyone. Are Muslims, Amish, and others exempted from Obamacare also exempted from other laws such as red lights?

It seems logical that there should be some kind of challenge for all the ones who are exempted from Obamacare.
