When the initial bombing did not compel citizens to oust Milosevic Clinton and Albright bombed the hell out of everything. I recall images of civilians wearing hats with bull's-eyes painted on top.
Yep, when the Croats and Serbs were going at it, nobody cared, but once the Muzzie Bosnians and Kosovars got into....the Saudi Cash Machine got into gear and got us involved in that mess.
