If you have the eyes of the world upon you are you likely to use chem weaposn you have sat on for 20 yeras? Hell no! the only tie to assad at all when it comes to chem wheaon is his wacky borther who could have fired off some.Other that that its the Saudis paid henchmen in Syria or AQ which is all over the place.
