The premise of a trust is that no one individual can control the entire marketplace, and therefore cannot make decisions favorable to their trust. In the case of the largest airport in Massachusetts and a large regional airline, I would say that that premise is flawed. It would be very easy for a governor to push for legislation favorable to his financial cause.

Only if thew entire system is flawed. But then we are talking about Mass where everything is flawed.
