John Derbyshire got canned at National Purview for saying (what even dumbocrats think by buying homes in gated communities) that many whites, like Jesse Jackhandle, give black peeps lots of room, e.g. avoid them.
Pocketbook over patriotism; personal safety over kumbaya platitudes.

I call it my 40% rule.
When blacks reach 40% , whites who can afford to have to move. A few older folks who cannot afford to move are stuck, but others move.
When a job has 40% blacks in it that job can no longer be done properly.
Now you can call that racism if you like, but it’s also a rule that is binding. I have seen it time and time again.
I don’t ask anyone to agree, just to observe. Sooner or later you will agree.
