Right and there are still “jackasses” out there (to use the name of that MTV show) and still do it DESPITE the warnings. I remember one case of a bus full of teens going to some event and one stuck his head out some kind of skylight or roof-of-the-bus emergency exitway and when the bus went into a tunnel, he banged his head—boom, dead. “Now don’t you go stick your arms out the bus windows either!” ... “Yeah, yeah...”
