What ever happened to “We Reserve thr Right to Refuse Service to Anyone”?
I see those signs in businesses all the time!
I wold strongly suggest to all business owners that these signs are in their windows, above your checkout areas/where you service customers, and included in any written contracts you use.
I thought it was pretty much universal. Where liquor is sold, the proprietor has the right to refuse service to anyone, anytime.
From a more informative link:
“The penalty is the first imposed under the 2007 Oregon Equality Act, which protects the rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered residents of the state in employment, housing and public places, the newspaper noted.”
Total BS if you ask me.
