This is rare opportunity to take a strategic initiative to defeat Obama and Islamic terrorism. Obama has basically said he’ll do this thing even if congress says NO. If congress says yes, he can point his finger when it goes terribly wrong - his typical mode is to evade personal responsibility. This is the opportunity to clarify things - no more evasion or hiding. Obama isn’t unwittingly implementing a policy that will help al Qaeda - he’s doing so consciously.
