This man is such a coward.

He knows he’s going to be VERY unpopular if he launches a strike at Syria, so he either wants Congress to say “no”, so he can “respect” their vote, thus he is bailed out of a mess.

On the other hand, if he gets the green light from Congress, it will remove the responsibility from him. If everything goes south, which it will, it will be on the head of Congress.

I hope they all vote “present”. Sweet irony.

He NEVER wanted to attack Assad. He was looking for a way out the entire time.
