THAT function still works at least, but NO OTHER reply to that thread needs to be shown!
Why should I have 23 replies on the same thread “pushing out” 23 other threads, and still face numerous repetitions of the same news story when threads already exist and have wonderful information in them, but the thread is invisible below hundreds of duplicates of two or three threads.
Nope: On the “front page” by default, list the latest reply, and then filter out all other repeats of that same thread. You’ll have a more steady product, many hundred fewer duplicates of the same story, and you’ll have 50 DIFFERENT threads: all active, all visible, all the time.
