[history]
Earlier this month, Georgia discovered a way to obstruct the implementation of Obamacare, causing Democrats across the country to condemn the states Department of Insurance for obstructing President Barack Obamas beloved Affordable Care Act.
In early August, Insurance Commissioner Ralph Hudgens explained the obstruction method to a crowd of enthusiastic Georgians. Obamacare created many positions within each states healthcare exchange for insurance agents, or employees that sign customers up for Obamacare coverage.

These Dems should be condemning Obama for exempting his friends from 0bamacareExcept the same dems get privileges and if it don't affect them, they don't care.

I hate Obamacare with a passion. I've never thought about moving states because of the federal government until this Marxist commandeered the White House. I'm moving to AZ, but if AZ doesn't follow suit and GA sticks to their guns to the point of financial independence from the feds if necessary, unless some other libertarian/conservative state does the same, I'll be tempted to move to GA. BTW, moving away from socialism and toward the free market will make GA prosperous - if little tiny Hong Kong with no natural resources can do it, so can GA.
I've always loved the South but I don't like the summer humidity. I may have to live with that - there's a lot to love about your state.

LOL, you mean you have to read to pass the test? That’s bad for the homey types...

Its also based on some demographic savvy as to who the potential Exchange employees are likely to be: probably ACORN types, community organizers, et al. What are the odds that such people will muster the self-discipline and ambition to take the same educational route that someone wanting to be an actual insurance agent would take, especially for the sake of passing what is probably a long, tough, boring licensing examination? Shall we say slim?Been their done that and they are tougher than you realize with a failure rate that is pretty high. The only way to pass it to take the classes offered in said state. They are usually 1 week 8 hrs a day and boring as stink @ a fast pace to boot...

I am a Georgia Peach, I am so glad our state is one that will not secumb to Obummercare.Good, oswegodeee. Could your spread the word in GA of a program that lost by one vote in the Michigan Senate that maybe the template against Obummercare?
Go here for starters, somebody has got to run with Pat Colbeck's concept even if it is out of another State..

It still doesn't stop the IRS from taxing us for it. I would love to see the next potus
defund the IRS by at least 75%, along with the EPA and other rabblerousing Gov entities.
Set the Socialists agenda back 50 years, and make them try to crawl back crying, kicking, and screaming.

I have to admit, I am impressed. Georgia is becoming downright SANE in an insane nation.
I also enjoyed all those Atlanta suburbs incorporating and separating themselves from the concentrated Democrat parasite nest, Atlanta.
To: Pfesser
Poor Democratic babies . . . are they having another hissy fit because people just won’t get with their programs?

It'll work until they round up enough people smart enough to pass the test. It'll work until some appointee of Osama Obama,BillyBob or the Peanut Farmer declares it unconstitutional.
To: yldstrk
Forget Atlanta. The rest of the state is great.

I’m thankful that I don’t watch reality TV, otherwise I might be subjected to that mess. :)
