I remember an old Robin Williams routine where he talked about when Jesus returns, he’s not going to look like a hippy, but he’s going to look more like Charles Bronson, and he’s going to be real po’d.
hmmm. i would have paid to see Charles Bronson as Jesus Christ returning.
Charles Bronson as Jesus....I would imagine he would play Him something like his role in Once Upon a Time in the West.
(Which I argue is superior to any of the speghetti Eastwood films. Or at least as good. It was also directed by Sergio Leone. And it has Henry Fonda as a really bad guy!)
