But I’d settle for allowing LEOs to do their jobs forcefully, using their instincts and without fear of getting a reprimand or worse or facing a lawsuit for simply keeping the streets clean.
The new police chief in Detroit is restarting the stop and frisk policy that Coleman young ended long ago. Its not the most constitutional thing but the people there have created the society that needs it.
