Yeah. I didn’t word that very well. To be clear:
1. End disability by refusing any new claims, starting right now.
2. End the retirement benefit by increasing the retirement age in phases, sort of like they are already doing, but a bit accelerated.

Thing is, when it was first set up, the retirement age was 65, which was more than the average lifespan. Now it’s 12-15 years short of that.
