She is accused of striking a police officer and then invoking her father's name during a traffic stop in Nashville.

Sure sounds like a case of bad behavior, but I have a couple of questions.

1. How much time does one get for invoking their father's name?

2. Did she really strike the police officer, or is this another case of being insufficiently compliant?

1. None

2. Article says she struck the officer in the chest. I'm no great fan of LEO, but always best to be “mousy” not “mouthy” when one of them stops you. She had been drinking, got mouthy, and pulled the do-you-know-who-my-father-is act.
