Court? What court? Where? Which one? Good thought but our courts very well may not rule in favor of our constitutional rights.

What court?
Since it involves a federal agency and 2nd amendment issues it would be a federal court ... for about $300 that is...

They might not...but they also might. Won’t make a difference if you don’t try.

I’m not familiar enough with court proceedings to pull it off, but do believe that if very large numbers of owners WOULD file suit, there would be enough disparity in the verdicts that the Supreme Court would have to take the issue(s). Might not like that result either, but either you’ll win or have drawn a very clear line on the subject.
