What I find encouraging is the amount of posters who are willing to forgo their acquired belief concerning the eligibility question and say they will support Cruz. These have said they can handle the argument of precedent: Bambi has been elected twice, and since the other side ignored the issue it would be suicide to take out one of our best candidates (if he runs) and finest conservatives over a principle the other side doesn't care a rats rear end about.
Progress is being made, the argument is being won on several fronts. I'm trying to be patient and hold fire.

Yep, and it’s not where Obama was born that irks me...because I cannot know for sure to begin with. It’s where his beliefs were born, and those we know, are UN American - and it’s those beliefs, put into policy, that are destroying America. Not the physical location of his birth.
With Cruz, we also know where his beliefs were born....and they are ALL AMERICAN.

Um, yeah. If I have to choose between Cruz and Obama as usurpers, I’m going over the cliff with Cruz.
I want a SCOTUS ruling, but I won’t sacrifice conservatism to get it. I wanted a SCOTUS ruling on the individual mandate also. Look where that got me.
