I’m not trying to be prejudiced, but I noticed something that really hit home yesterday.
Had a corporate owned 7 Eleven up the street. Always clean and spotless, two working bathrooms that were stocked and cleaned, food area was shiny, always saw someone over there wiping it down. Had diverse employees, white, black, etc...
About 6 months ago, it was bought as a franchise. By an Indian man. Had a big party, big sign, NEW FRANCHISE RUN!
Yesterday (and it’s been going down hill for a while I guess, just didn’t notice until yesterday) First, I remember them closing one of the bathrooms, don’t know why. Yesterday, went into the only one available, no toilet paper. That happens, but it’s been more frequent, even to the point I make sure I grab a few napkins on the way in just in case. The worst was there was no soap and the water in the sink wasn’t working. Thank God I carry sanitizer. Then I got to looking around. The floors were filthy. And I mean in the store part. Like they haven’t been mopped in God knows how long. And I had been noticing my favorite cashiers were disappearing and being replaced with Indian men and women. As I tallied, I couldn’t remember NOT seeing an Indian man or woman working the register.
Needless to say, I will find a new store. I hate that too because I could get gas there, get a drink for my day and maybe grab a hot dog (I like them from there for some reason) but also thought, “Well, when was the last time I didn’t see one on the little rolling rack that didn’t look like a shriveled up beef jerky”
So sad too. It was really close by.

If it is so close by, why thefrequency of using their toilets? Inquiring minds and all that.
On second thought, never mind. ;0
We quit stopping at a certain convenience store on Hy 412 between Chouteau Oklahoma, and Tulsa for the same reason.
Filthy restrooms, leaking toilets, too hot grease in the cookers really stank up the store. It really went downhill after the India Indians bought it.
Must make a difference between American Indians and India Indians as Oklahoma has lots of Native Americans.
