It would seem if there is such a thing as an honest lawyer, they could make one hell of a strong case that we are a country which allows the killing of babies due to our right to PRIVACY. Therefore the government cannot allow other medical tracking of individuals.
So either remove ALL PRIVACY violating tracking of US Citizens or return the killing of babies to the illegal column.
The only fallacy in my theory is finding an honest lawyer. Sort of like finding the mythical peaceful Muslim.
My new standard of privacy is:
1. Volunteer no information
2. Use low technology or no technology that can keep track of you or your spending especially cell phone
3. Keep a low profile in any meeting with an unknown person
4. Work on keeping your self away from all camera tracking systems.
