4 blacks on 1 white yelling kick the white #@#%!, but, again, the PD failed to classify it as a hate crime. this is a great example of why the second amendment exists. The victim should seriously consider carrying a firearm from now on.

The police DID classify it as a hate crime. “Ethnic intimidation” is just the legal name of one of the PA hate crime statutes.
