I cannot believe I find myself defending birthers on FR after my adversarial history with them, but ... they have long questioned the eligibility of Rubio and Jindal. It is truly a constitutional question to them.

I seldom post threads. I have had several ideas for threads i've thought about posting but they don't generally have any connection to Rubio.

I prefer to solve the general equation and not worry about specific applications of it. Consider me more of a theoretician than a pragmatist.

The Rubio/Jindal eligibility discussions are embedded within Obama eligibility threads. Cruz is the subject of a national conversation about eligibility because he was not born on U.S. soil. If someone posted an article written by National Review, etc. on Rubio’s or Jindal’s eligibility, I guarantee you that FR birthers would be there to present their case.

Watching the MSM in the past week, I have to disagree. They've never had more than a few derogatory articles about Bambi and eligibility, and suddenly there are more than 20 in one week about Cruz? This is an MSM journolist thing, NOT a grass roots national conversation.

They've signaled a willingness to try to take Cruz out and hope they can cause a division in the base with enough publicity and discussion.
