It was also commented that where in the Constitution does it say that we have to pick a side when it comes to our enemies? Or that why should we have to stop our enemies from killing each other?
What will Karen Finney, Chris Matthews, Ed Schultz, Al Sharpton, Chris Hayes, and even Bill O’Reilly, Chris Wallace, Krauthammer, McCain, Grahamnesty etc, etc say about what Kucinich had to say??

Dont worry. This has no relevance now. This was when Bush was in power.
He is a leftist crazy nutball with a very hot wife.
But from time to time, he speaks the absolute truth.
Dennis Kucinich is absolutely right.
Dennis Kucinich, who has met repeatedly with Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad, was quoted yesterday in a Capitol Hill newspaper as saying that a U.S. military strike on Syria would turn the U.S. military into “al Qaida’s air force.”
Dennis omitted, “If there is a strike, our Navy/Marines, and Spec Ops will be part of al Qaeda’s military.”
Damn I hate it when I agree with the impish one!!!!
Where's your Dept of Peace when ya need it, hmm?
It’s a rare moment that I agree with Dennis Kucinich on anything. This is one of those moments... DK is spot-on.
Well, does they?
“what is going on in Syria is basically Japan versus Germany of WWII - as in, should we side with either Assad or the opposition?”
The best thing to do in that case is supply weapons and ammunition to both sides... or just support whichever side starts losing, to make the fight last longer for maximum damage all around.
The second time in 2 weeks I have agreed with Dennis K. Maybe I need to go to the doctor?
Kucinich is right about this.
Also, O'Reilly was trying to bait Lt. Col Peters in comparing Assad to Hitler in the 1930s and he would be on the side of doing nothing. Peters zinged back that the comparison was if the Nazis and the Japanese were fighting would you want the US to pick a side? BAM, O'Reilly knew he got owned.
You have to respect somebody who speaks on principle rather than party loyalty. Most of the Leftists who were “anti-war” during the Bush years either keep quiet or actively support wars now because of loyalty to Obama and the Democratic Party.
There’s nothing more disgusting in politics than the “it’s bad when the other guy does it, but OK as long as it’s one of our own,” no matter which side of the aisle it’s coming from.
