That's an interesting chart! Last time chem weapons were used - July 2013...but who was the perp? see the Ponti initial assessment that it was rebels. Attack deferred, but Raytheon didn't lose value. Plans in place waiting for the next opportunity.
There are so many moving parts in play re: Syria.
