CNN reporting that Syrian Government has shuttered some military bases and moved artillery into sheltered areas.

Chemical weapons - OF THAT SORT??? So, he knows they have chemical weapons, and he’s unsure if they have that type. Most people would say “We know the opposition does not have chemical weapons (period). Plus, It’s not even confirmed if it was sarin. They believe it was sarin, but the tests/evidence gathering is not complete yet. Yet, O had his mind made up immediately.
