San Diego Mayor Bob Filner grabbed a domestic violence advocate by the head to kiss her forehead and groped at a name tag on her chest, according to attorney Dan Gilleon, who is representing the woman.

He was a far Left congressman from a San Diego district for 19 years, so he had the biggest name recognition among people in the city of San Diego. Even so, the race was close.
Surely all who ever worked with him or met him during those two decades knew he acted obnoxiously with women whom he met and with whom he worked.
Democratic Senators from California, Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer, are pretending now that they are surprised to hear about the embarrassing behavior of their fellow California Congressional crony on the Left, Bob Filner, and that they are affronted by the reports. Fat chance these “champions of women’s rights” didn’t know long ago all about the behavior of their Capitol Hill political partner, Filner.
